Random Sunday.....

randomly woke up at 9 something
guess it was just because recently
due to work and I am used to waking
up early in the morning or just
randomly automatically awakened



accompanied mom to Giant, KD for
groceries shopping till almost 12pm
then again headed to Tesco, KD for
the bone density test sponsored by
Anlene and the worse of all was
my bone density test was worse than
my mother as i only had -1.9



my bone density test kinda shocked
my mother and she was all the way
telling the person in charge that
their machine was not accurate
anyway, can't be bother to care
because I do drink milk every night



went for lunch with my dear at
Island Cafe as just to be there
to drink the Honey Jasmine Tea
that hope to cure my throat
in the end the drink help a little
to soothen the infection throat



went all the way down to KL Sentral
to fetch my dad who came back from
Thailand taking Air Asia that landed
at LCCT and took the feeder bus to
KL Sentral and went for dinner at
a normal restaurant at Sentosa
the very heavy rain made us kinda
waited for an hour only we managed
to leave the normal restaurant

rainy days kinda made me
refresh back some memories
no matter whether is good
or bad is always there.....
