Homecooked #5 - Hing Hua Mee Sua (兴化面线)




it is a custom and tradition for the Hokkien
dialect's peoeple to have Mee Sua on the first
day of Chinese New Year, but there are many
different ways to cook the mee sua



These "Hing Hua Mee Sua" is courier all the way
from a place named, Pu Tian in China by my
relatives who are currently staying there
