Test Drive Adventure - Prevé's Review

it was a beautiful Saturday that David and i decided
to accompany Trina to survey on new cars and she will
be making up her mind to do the purchasing eventhough
Trina had a conclusion of her purchasing her dream car
- Proton Prevé, but with advice of Uncle David there goes
the kick start the journey of cars' explore adventure

from this point onwards will have partly words
and photos to cover the whole blog post:

after having breakfast at the old school place - You Yie
Kopitiam, we continued to our first destination:
Toyota's Showroom at Section 14

Trina was trying to test out the seat of Vios, she was
measuring the height between her head and the top (bonnet)
of the car... (how cute she is... haha!) LoL! this is the
J-series that she's sitting in it that has luxury seats
which combines with leather seats (sleek beige combination)

the test drive on Vios G-series by Trina with us inside
the car which was accompanied by a lady sales person.
somehow im amazed with the GPS system for Vios!

the most highlighted part - the engine & parts

Why is Trina so surprised? Free car, Cash or
Good benifit ahead to purchase a car?
Answer: Free Air-con.... LoL!

Our next destination is to Nissan's Showroom in order to
suite Trina's point of view of how good that her brother
told her about Nissan's car (by Tan Cheong Motor)

This is the Nissan Livina X-Gear
somehow Trina mentioned that the
steering was very light alike paper

im actually amazed by the door lock and the interior
of the Livina X-Gear, which made it looked compact
but long, with a cool door lock too! :P

before ending the first part of the day with lunch
we drove off from Nissan's Showroom to the nearest
Proton Showroom at Taman Paramount to have the first
glance of the Proton Prevé. then only we ended up at
Chow Yang's Chilli Pan Mee Restaurant and went off
track a little to the computer shop to get some parts
for my laptop, and off we continue to the next showroom

Trina got excited after the first view of Proton Prevé
at Taman Paramount's Proton Showroom but unfortunately
the roads there were too busy and narrow for test drive

the busy and narrow roads for test drive at Taman Paramount
had forced us to head to another Proton's Showroom located
at Taman Megah, and here the test drive is amazing which the
roads that passes through do allowed the test drive's driver
to try out the full function of the car - Proton Prevé

Proton Prevé (pronounced Pray-vay) was known that it utilizes
94% of locally sourced components and shares the same platform
as Proton Exora. It is the first Proton model ever to receive a
5-star Malaysian Vehicle Assessment Programme (MyVAP) rating
by the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (MIROS)

the back view of Proton Prevé
Don't you think it somehow looked like the
copy version of the modern BMW style?

Trina claimed that the front lights seemed to look like
the Evolution's front view - what do you think?

Proton Prevé this time brought out the whole new design image
by incorporating with day light LED at the headlamps and
simplicity yet stylish designed body-line

the tyre of Proton Prevé utilizing 16" alloy rims
wrapped by 205/55 GT Radial Champiro Bax 2 tyres

always the highlighted part of the car - the engine!

Proton Prevé Premium (with CFE Turbo) is mated with
7-speed ProTonic gearbox and comes with a special "S"
model for sportier driving experience. The gear claims
to be smooth and fuel economy, which also allows driver
to enjoy the paddle shifters on the Prevé's Premium

here is a rough interior of the 4G in car WiFi from
YES 4G as standard for all cars. The features also
included auto light sensor, auto climate air-con,
auto cruise, auto wipers only included in Premium

what are your views about the Push Start button?

Looooook!!! How Trina is going to promote her dream
car - Proton Prevé, with the pose of an ambassador

Oh no! Looks like Proton Prevé seemed to be good
until Uncle David went into the interior to have
a try of the seats and the touch on the steering
(oh well, above statement was just literally)

here comes our test drive car in Red! somehow during
the launching day of Proton Prevé the colour red was
introduced as the car model, and for the current
situation the colour red was overwhelming until
it went totally out of stock.

well, it isn't actually a bad news as Proton Prevé
comes in six colour options: Red, Silver, Blue, White,
Black and Gold. So, you will still have other 5 colour
options instead of only choosing red for the car.

the smile on Trina's face could make us feel that
how happy and satisfied she is towards the choice
of purchasing a Proton Prevé, but before that
let's move on to the test drive journey first...

Trina learned how to get used to the gears that
comes with a "+" (plus) and "-" (minus) function
which enables a better pick up for the car.

surprisingly Proton Prevé could do a full turn
during Trina's try of attempting a U-Turn after
the traffic light. the U-Turn turned out to be
a perfect turn with the steering!

Amazed with Uncle David's expression?
This seemed to be a happy test drive
ride shown on Uncle David's expressions

the whole new cars' and test drives adventure
ended in the late evening and Trina finally
still stick to her firm decision of getting
a Proton Prevé for her future use...
