27th - 29th March.....

27th March, Saturday

begin my journey around 7am which
is almost 30 minutes later than
the previous years that we begin
the journey of "balik kampung"
at around 6am or even 6:30am

dad had not much slumber due to
the night flight back from Indo
the night before and mom trying
to nag and nag around that cause
the whole atmosphere in the car
was full of anger and emotions

did not really care about their
faces or even the angers that
they have because I also had
not any sleep the night before
being the driver for the whole
journey back to Segamat, Johor

mom settling all her chores
upon once reached at Segamat
had lunch almost about 1:30pm
then begin the journey of
visiting a few close relative
before we head to pasar malam
later in the evening to buy
all the stuff that we need
for the prayers of Qing Ming

once again I had been tired
till I fall asleep immediately
at almost about 10:30pm that
really broke my daily sleeping
record for almost every night

28th March, Sunday

begin the journey to the
cemetery area for Qing Ming
at about 6am in the morning
had this about 40 minutes
drive from Segamat to
Buloh Kasap (the destination)

the sun rises and the warmth
is really killing my skin
the most shocking moment
was my aunt did came back
for the Qing Ming prayers on
the day itself and i presume
they started their journey from
KL at about 5 in the morning

on the journey back to KL
after the Qing Ming prayers
as the Volvo passing through
Tampin this small town
my dad was overtaking this
motorist who was holding
a bag of heavy stuff

passing through the motorist
a bag fell on the middle of
the road and caused my dad
did not managed to emergency
break on time that ended up
the Volvo banging the bag of
heavy stuff that caused the
bottom cover of front bumper
came off and the radiator water
flowing away on the spot where
we checked for the car

in the end, my dad had to follow
this toll car that came from
Alor Gajah and my mom and i
had to wait for the arrival
of my uncle to fetch us back
home from Tampin and back to KL

it was totally exhausted for
my parents upon reaching back home
my dad had his shower and immeditely
fallen into sleep in his own bedroom
and my mom fallen asleep in the
living hall's sofa while enjoying
some television programs

a heavy down pour maybe that caused
me to fall alseep very early too if im
not wrong is about 9 something after
the moment i took my 2nd time's shower

29th March, Monday

supposed to be discussing
the moral presentation slides
with Alan and Michelle last night
but ended up I fallen asleep
and woke up about 6 in the morning
and ended up back to sleep again
till i woke up at about 9am

slides were prepared but i was
still in a doubt of what to
elaborate when looking through the
slides that was prepared by alan
at last wana thank Nick Khor of
installing the Codec Pack that
allows the mp4 video to be shown
to the audience during the presentation

started our presentation around 12:15pm
ended up there was only a few audience that
included Mr Oo, Daniel, Allen, WeeLiam,
William and another engineering student

had this snooker session above Choy Kee
after had lunch with Alan and Michelle
we almost took an hour plus to finish
one snooker game that included
total of 7 players

Balik Kampung.....

blog author will be away for a day
will be back to blog new post on
this coming Sunday (28.03.2010)

wishing everyone drive safe on road
especially those who are going back
to individual's hometown for "Qing Ming"

The Lovely Bones.....

it was a pleasure that i managed
to have a pre-ride with my dear
to Technology Park Malaysia and it
almost took us total about 3 hours
for us to and fro to my office

unfortunately, it's really sad to
say that i can't even drive to my
internship office as the parking
fees is totally very expensive
furthermore the feeder bus did not
even passed by the office at ENT4

in the end i decided to buy the
monthly LRT pass which cost RM100
for a month that only allows for
Putra and Star LRT that excluded
the Rapid KL bus fare

the moment upon we reached the
Kelana Jaya Putra Station
we decided to head to One Utama
straight away to buy the movie
tickets, but unfortunately
did not know that GSC was on fire

it was the news spread out that
the fire happened at Glitters
here are some captures :

The corner of the GSC counters and Glitters

the escalators up and down to GSC has been blocked

in the end, decided to watch at TGV
for the movie - The Lovely Bones
the reason of choosing to watch
this movie is because once the
novel kinda caught my attention
to question some doubts of the novel
and now they have produced into movie

The Lovely Bones - Based on the best-selling novel by Alice Sebold, it is the story of a 14-year-old girl from suburban Pennsylvania who is murdered by her neighbour. She tells the story from Heaven, showing the lives of the people around her and how they have changed all the while attempting to get someone to find her lost body. She must weigh her desire for vengeance against her desire for her family to heal.

(Source: Cinema Online)

There is a part of the movie that caught my attention was one of a meaningful poem which was written by one of the character named Ray, which is known as "The Moore" to Susie (the main character) :

" If I had but an hour of love,
If that be all it's given to me.
An hour of love; upon this earth,
I would give my love to thee. "

~ Signed - The Moore ~

Movie Review :
In my opinion, this movie gives more weight of argument that it is and exercise in futility. It is not about the fate of mankind but it is a story of a girl and the death she must accept as her own. Somehow, the eponymous bones of the heroine Susie Salmon perfectly cast as a girl who is otherworldly even when on an earthly plane are largely to be ignored, which quite feat for a story about a dead girl.

The delicacy and finely-written characterization of Alice Sebold's novel has been removed in favour of a beyond-the-grave whodunit, subtlety be damned. The Salmon family's grief is owed much excavation, but this is far from a year of magical thinking territory. Life, apparently, goes on in the shadow of a young girl's rape and murder, not that we ever really know about it.

In the movie, there are several moments which invest this movie with the same genius on display throughout The Lord of the Rings, such as a sequence wherein the bodies of Mr Harvey's victims are strewn like so many dead flowers (black roses) across a beautifully-stage montage, finally instilling a sense of grim fatalism, but ultimately these efforts serves only to heighten the sense of an opportunity has lost.

Movie Rating : 8/10

Curfew.....

accompanying my mom the whole morning
driving her around to the places that
she wanted to go as im free recently
received dad's sms from overseas
being appointed a task to send a few
car parts samples to Tractors Malaysia
that's what made me headed to Puchong

it was supposedly not wanting to head
out from the house today as my left
knee's muscles is aching badly
but in the end i received a even
stunning news from my dear and it
totally made me felt kinda worry

seems to be at home the whole day
but ended up joining ika, wl, alan
and my dear out for dinner at KD's
mamak - Kayu and it seems like
everything to be back to normal as
the whole news is just misunderstanding

Sorry to the love ones and beloved ones
to be worry and felt helpless to do
anything or something to be said

I'm Sorry !!!

only when you are lost can love
find itself in you without
loosing its way...

only when i lost it can i
find it back without
breaking my heart...

only when it is lost can i
honestly face and tell you
without disappointing you...

CMIT Ice-Breaking (Part 2).....

The KDU Orientation Committee aims to ensure that all students who walk into KDU campus is welcomed and well informed, and orientation is certainly a great avenue. Looking forward to welcome the March 2010 intake students, the KDU Orientation Committee did their best to get along with the new students from 21 till 22 March. On 24 March, 10am at classroom 211(b), 3 lecturers (Ms May Kang, Ms Law Foong Li and Mr Wuan Luen Hong) and 15 current students as the organizers from the Communication, Media and Information Technology (CMIT) department had fun in this first time organized Ice-Breaking session with the MLVK, Diploma in Computer Studies, Diploma in Business Computing and Diploma in Mass Communication new students.

The 24 new students who attended were divided into two groups, each group consists of 12 members that included the movements of sit, stand, jump, squad and lie – be it on the carpet of the classroom, on the chair and every known criteria of the activities thrusted at them. Lecturers and the 15 seniors can sense the fun and excitement in each and every activity of the Ice-Breaking session, which gears the juniors to strive to achieve their potential, empowering them to lead with confidence in future.

The activities being organized is aimed to build the relationship among the students, and also we seniors aim to put the five personal development dimensions of: Personal Awareness, Awareness and Impact on Others, Problem-Solving, Creativity and Empowerment, Execution, Resource and Management including Teamwork, Stewardship and Communication.

At this Ice-Breaking session of the day, all the seniors and the juniors come naturally to enjoy all the activities as they have to learn to communicate more effectively, trust and entrust all their group members and be accountable for their responsibilities. The activity of “Simon Says” is just a warm-up session for all juniors to get into the atmosphere at the start of the whole session. The Tied-Up activity is aimed to build teamwork in each group member, the Charade and Hamburger activity is best to test the ability of communication among the group members.

After a 10 minutes break, we seniors brought up the atmosphere to a higher peak where all the juniors were given another warm-up session through entertaining them with the activity named as Word Builder. All the group members from both teams were supposed to form alphabets with their own creativity using their own bodies. It was totally the funniest moment where you can see the members struggling and cracking their minds to come out with their own creativity of alphabets through the given body shape structure. The most peak of the day is the Supporter activity, all members were divided into 6 or 7 members in a group where they have to gain their trust and communications among themselves to support the formed circle with their strength of legs and waist of not falling onto the floor.

We lecturers and seniors from the Communication, Media and Information Technology (CMIT) department feel great when we are able to establish the rapport, knowing that all the new students have the assurance of finding their seniors or even the lecturers whenever they need anything. We current students also hope that the new students can get in touch with us through the facebook group formed, named “CMIT Ice-Breaking (Mac ’10)”.

New Semester vs Final Results.....

it was kinda disappointed when
i checked my results through
the KCN portal this afternoon

anyway, today is the starting of the
new March semester and the orientation
for new students are on for 2 days
including the ice breaking session
on the third day of the semester starts

it was a little different for the current
semesters as results are out
just only after the resit ended
and the examination board meeting
has changed to be on the first day
of the new semester commenced

it was terribly a disappointment

as what the department has promised
to take some actions for both of
the subjects that I took through
the same lecturer for this semester

I was kinda shocked to see my results
as for Computer Security, I am already
satisfied of the grade that i managed
to gain for the current semester but
for the subject Data Structure & Algorithm

the resubmission of the DSA assignment
has been given the approval but the
results of the assignment has no news
and it does not make any difference
of the grades or marks given

anyway, my CGPA has dropped again
but luckily im still above the
qualification of entering university
wishing all the best to my juniors
and my fellow intake's mates for
the new start semester of the year

Results Out.....

Results is out for now.....
Please check KCN for more details !!!

Luck.....

supposed to be joining the
badminton session with the
whole gang at about 10am
in the end my time again
being prolonged by my mom

reached the Megah court
at almost 11am while the
other three was waiting
for me at the lounge

a 2 hours badminton session
caused a tragedy to happen
a very interesting one
that i secondly met this
tragic again since the
last time was around like
6 years before for the first incident

the great timing was the
tyre of the "green tortoise"
was being stolen by an unknown
the whole right side 2 tyres
anyway, ended up waiting
at the badminton lounge again
for about 2 hours after 1pm
for the mechanic to fix the tyres

To the "humans" who have stolen the car tyre,
I'm cursing you to have a bad ending in your life
May God punish you with all the curse and swear
that I have made in my prayers !!!

Alan,
thanks for your impromptu
help of lending me your savings
and im sorry that you ended up
not going movie with the gang

A Lesson Learned.....

" Recently, there has been a lot of happening in the college. The students are unhappy with a certain lecturer for being irresponsible. I would like to share to you my point of view. I do hope everyone, both teachers and students, do learn from this. Some students argued, ‘That certain teacher is not good, and this causes us (students) to be like that.’ And other hand, the teacher will also argue, ‘The students are so naughty, we have done our best and they are still that naughty. So we let them be.’ …..and it goes on and on. It is just like which comes first: the chicken or egg?

I believe, being as a teacher, we are paid to educate students. If we decide to be a teacher, we are responsible to bring these students up through thin or thick. Teaching is not an easy job as many people think. It involves many hours of preparation and also, trying to get the attention of the students. It is not just going out there to teach. Besides teaching, we have to learn to care and love (爱心) the students. We are NOT there to just make a living (so-called teaching is easy job). If you want to be a teacher, make sure YOU (teachers) are ready to sacrifice.

Other the other hand, students…….well, let say, we talk about an irresponsible students. Students, you are there to learn. Sometimes, I am very frustrated to see students sleeping or talking in class. Why can’t you all do these activities before or after the class? As you said, ‘my parents paid so much for us to study in the college. And the teachers are irresponsible.’ Think again. Do you think sleeping in class, talking, cheating, disappearing from classes and so on… are not an irresponsible action? Your parents’ hard-earned money are spent on these irresponsible actions. By doing these irresponsible actions, sometimes these MAY cause some teachers to be frustrated as we have put in many hours in our preparation.

As one of my students told me that IT IS A TWO-WAY TRAFFIC. Said, what if both the teachers and students being RESPONSIBLE. I believe, all of us can achieved excellent result…………….THINK! "

ended up was glad to know
that im safe for the time
being for DSA this subject

heading to Mid Valley
handing the bank draft
to the agent in order
to get my university
conditional offer letter

before heading back to college
was being told that the resit

360 Degrees.....

another short semester has ended
plans are changing around me
frustrations surrounded my mind
day by day, minute by minute

another turning point of life is
soon approaching in few weeks time
what will the route be in future
what will the situation be in future

it is the time to stay awake
staying awake from dreams to
walk into the reality

" If it feels like the whole world is
against you or that nothing can go
right, take a deep breath and look
to the future. You're going through
a brief phase of trouble that can't
last much longer... "

I'm Not Myself Afterall.....

there is no exit in this world
for me to confess my true words
rage i hold it within my soul

at times i cannot control
what's the point of breathing in this world
when being here is what i sad and fear

every day it is almost repeating
feelings trapped in my heart and
cry and suffer myself to sleep

so many past incidents that i overcome
anyone can just reach and pull me up
from this reality or just a mystery dream

trapped in the middle of a distant stare
i have prayed that i had free from sadness
for this grief that was filling in me

everywhere i walk and turn
it seems to be a dead end
there is no exit in this world
for me to confess my true words

1st Week of March.....

a glimpse away that brought us
into the first week of March
how would i describe my week
hectic, relax, busy, quiet?

i've been kinda puzzle recently
have been also so confused of
some stuff around me that made me
can't even control my own feelings

there will be nothing for me
to write about my final exams
it's kinda hectic and kinda
disappointed on what im facing
seriously there is no confidence
for me in this semester to face
my own results with flying colours

friday was my last paper for the day
thanks to my dear for accompanying me
since the whole morning till the start
of my paper in the feezing cold library

Final Exam, Final Sem.....

this is how every journey comes to an end
final semester is starting tomorrow morning
a long semester has lots of frustrations
a short semester has even more to complaints

i just could not figure out what are all
those complaints for just felt that it's
kinda little useless even if we could
get the solution to solve it

kinda worry now for both of my subjects
to pass with a "C" also i don't have
the confidence to even look and write on
the final paper itself but what can i do

sitting there writing nothing and ended
up sitting for the resit paper is not my
way and not my choice of way to study
i shall try my very best to pass both of it

Dear Father,
I just hope that you'll give me the strength
and the light of guidance to support me
to overcome the whole circumstances and
to end this war as soon as possible
I'll just hope for the best of everything
and may all worries end once I find the solutions

Thanks my dear & my sweetheart
for the support today...
you guys are the best !!!

To all my classmates,
Good Luck & All the Best
for the final examinations !!!
